DropRFID collects the information needed to operate the platform, including account details, organization settings, scanner and device identifiers, scan sessions, RFID tag reads, SKU and order records, integration settings, billing records, support messages, and basic website or application usage data.
We use information to provide, secure, support, and improve DropRFID; process purchases and subscriptions; maintain scanner and dashboard functionality; sync configured integrations; troubleshoot customer issues; send operational notices; and meet legal, tax, security, and compliance obligations.
Customer inventory records, scan data, SKUs, orders, exports, and integration payloads remain customer operational data. DropRFID does not sell customer inventory data, scan data, or RFID read history. We access customer data only to provide the service, support the customer, protect the platform, or comply with law.
DropRFID may use service providers for hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, email, support, and similar operational needs. When a customer connects third-party systems such as commerce, ERP, WMS, or webhook destinations, DropRFID sends and receives data according to that customer configuration.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer data. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations. Customers may request deletion or export of account data where applicable.
Privacy requests, access requests, correction requests, deletion requests, and account data questions should be sent from the relevant account email when possible. We will review and respond according to applicable law and the customer relationship.
